Management

Managers who do the unglamorous part.

You approve every deal. Everything around it — the rate, the contract, the invoice, the chasing — is ours.

What actually changes when you sign.

01

You will know where your money is

Every live deal, every invoice raised, every date something is due to land — in one place. No reconstructing your year from your inbox in April.

02

You will get paid faster than you do now

Invoiced the day you deliver, on terms set before the work starts, then chased weekly until it clears.

03

You will know what you are actually worth

Your rate gets set against what brands are really paying for work like yours, and then held. We would rather lose a deal than reset your floor.

04

We go looking, not just answering

Quant puts you in front of brands already buying in your category, so there are conversations moving before anyone lands in your DMs.

02 How it starts

From first call to first invoice.

  1. 01

    Audit

We go through your last twelve months: what you charged, what you signed, and what you never got paid for.

  2. 02

    Price

We set a rate card against live market data, and agree the floor you will not go under.

  3. 03

    Represent

Every inbound comes to us. You get a one-screen summary and say yes or no.

  4. 04

    Collect

We invoice on delivery and chase until it clears. You can see what is outstanding at any time.

We have paid out to hundreds of creators.

So a rate conversation with us starts from what we have already seen clear, not from what sounds about right.

The questions everyone asks second.

How do you charge?

A percentage of the deals we negotiate or bring in. No retainer, no setup fee, and nothing owed on work that closes without us.

Do I have to give up deals I already have?

No. Existing relationships stay yours. We only take a cut of what we touch, and we will tell you plainly when a deal does not need us.

What size creator do you work with?

Reach matters less than whether brands are already paying you and the money is being handled badly. If that is you, the conversation is worth having.

Who actually talks to me?

A named manager, not a shared inbox. The platform takes the admin off them so their time goes on your deals.

Bring us your last twelve months.

Send what you charged and what you signed. We will tell you where the money went missing — before you commit to anything.
